'10 Minute Kettlebell | Jump Rope Skipping Workout for Beginners'

'Hi Team, Today we have a 10 Minute Kettlebell | Jump Rope workout for beginners. These are two of my favourite pieces of equipment because you can get a great full-body workout almost anywhere. In this workout, we will be doing 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. There are 8 total sets per round and a total of 2 Rounds. You get a 60-second break between rounds.
